Workshop long jump training NKE

During the training session for the Dutch Unicycle Championships (NKE) I was asked to host a workshop long jump. So I did. It was absolutely stunning weather, which was very nice after something of 5 months of rain. I all I trained two groups of young riders (like I’m old haha). We had a lot of fun.

The Open Dutch Championships are to be held on June 1 in Breda. It’s mostly track, including long jump and slalom. You can still participate. We are also looking for volunteers to help organize the day. More information on the NKE championship and volunteering options can be found here.
