Training for Open Dutch Unicycling Championships 2024

On June 1st the Open Dutch Unicycle Championships are held. And the organisation was cool enough to organize a formal training day to train 10M slow, slalom, long jump and the start of sprint.

It was a great day that started with a cool warming up organised by Lindsey and Elize. And some relaxed unicycling.

The social aspect wasn’t forgotten. There was enough time to catch up, both during breaks as well as in between sessions.

Starting is half the job. Or even 75%. During the championships we will be competing against German teams, which have their own track to practice. It’s hard to start as good as the Germans or to be as fast as them, but we at least can give it our best!
