Judging the annual Unicycle Video Awards Contest

At the end of the year the annual Unicycle Video Awards Contest takes place via live-streaming. At a time when it's cold, rainy and snowy, people keep up the riding motivation by organising a competition of what is the best unicycle video of the year.

I was quite honoured to be invited to help judge this year's productions, and I had a lot of fun! It is really nice to see some new and old videos, and it definitely inspired me to make and watch more uni videos in the future. It is also very cool to see all the different riding and editing styles people have. Having to judge a video across different categories is actually quite interesting, because it forces you to think about what gives the video have that specific vibe. 

I will definitely look at videos a bit differently in the future, so this was also a great learning opportunity. I’m really grateful for being invited to help, and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone in real life again!
